Medium Wools


These are great wools for everyone. If you are not sensitive to wool these then to me are what I would consider next to the skin soft, but a little more hard-wearing and probably you'll find less likely to pill.  My medium wool category is probably one of the biggest. I base it more on feel than on what the textbooks say because you can have really fine fleeces in that category or some really rustic fibers.  If I put this in this category don't be shocked if you don't think a certain breed belongs there. For example, there could be a BFL in the fine collection and another BFL in the medium because all the fleeces are different.
